Jock Brocas is a globally recognized expert in the fields of parapsychology, spiritual inquiry, and anomalous phenomena. As the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Paranormal Daily News, his mission has always been clear: elevate the discourse, amplify credible voices, and bridge the gap between academic research and public understanding. With over two decades of investigative experience, international media recognition, and a deep commitment to truth-seeking, Jock leads PDN with vision, resilience, and an unwavering belief that the unexplained deserves to be explored with both reason and reverence.
When I founded Paranormal Daily News, I wasn’t just building a publication—I was answering a calling. There was a growing need for a platform that could approach the unexplained with intelligence, integrity, and respect. A place where both the seasoned researcher and the curious reader could find common ground.
Over the years, that vision has grown into something far greater than I imagined.
PDN has become a globally respected publication, with readers and contributors spanning six continents. What began as a digital outlet for serious paranormal discourse has evolved into a trusted voice in the world of consciousness studies, parapsychology, spiritual inquiry, and anomalous phenomena. Along the way, we’ve been honored with four international awards—recognition I share with the incredible team behind every word we publish.
None of this would be possible without the people who have shaped PDN into what it is today. Our editorial team is the backbone of our success. Our columnists bring passion and lived experience. And our contributors—from emerging voices to respected scholars—help us strike the rare balance between grounded research and open-minded exploration.
But success hasn’t come without challenge.
Several years ago, a devastating storm system tore through Europe and with it, our entire digital archive. Years of work vanished overnight. Articles. Research. Interviews. It was a loss that nearly broke us.
Yet in that loss, something extraordinary happened.
We didn’t just rebuild—we transformed. We took the opportunity to rethink everything: our structure, our voice, our mission. We rebranded PDN not only as a publication but as a platform of purpose. We began blending scholarly depth with public accessibility, giving birth to a new kind of paranormal media—one grounded in evidence, yet open to experience.
Today, that evolution continues.
We are launching PDN Books, our own publishing arm, committed to preserving landmark works in the field and introducing vital new perspectives. We’re preparing to release Parawize Magazine, a hybrid journal that merges rigorous research with narrative storytelling. And at the core of our expansion is the Para News Network—a private educational community bringing together some of the greatest minds in the paranormal and parapsychological world. It is a space for collaboration, mentorship, and inquiry. A place where new ideas are born and ancient mysteries are given voice.
As Editor-in-Chief, my role isn’t just to oversee content. It’s to protect the vision. To ensure that PDN always remains a place where truth-seeking is honored, where science and spirit meet, and where we are never afraid to ask the big questions.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
We’re just getting started.
