“Many places in the United States have been the scenes of horrifying crimes, like that committed by Butch DeFeo in his Amityville, N.Y. home (pictured above). Oftentimes, these crimes, and the places where they took place, become fodder for local legends and targets for paranormal investigators, suspecting that the victims or criminals may still be tied to the physical locations,” reports Jon Franklin for Digital City.

I have investigated lizzies’s a few times, that is not a haunted place! t=you want a place that will give you some type of haunting…stay the night at http://www.backinntime.us. we PI-NE investigated that place a few times and have always had personal experiences. also The Amityville Horror House is a great story/ movie…not sure about it being haunted, still would love to be like the rest of the groups out there and investigate it!
