Appearently his name is Jim. He hasn't done anything to hurt me physicaly, but he gets in my dreams and stuff and I get so scared I feel like I am suffocating! And I get cold, or a negative feeing when he is around and it is really scary!!! But the best thing you can do is be positive about yourself, and don't be scared of it because they feed off of your fear. They enjoy when you are scared and/or depressed because that's how they get their energy. Let me know if you still have problems,, I can send you some info on different kinds of shadow people. Aaron
