Blink, and you'll miss it
“Mr Ferguson’s UFO tourism website – www.ufoterritory.com.au – went into meltdown yesterday after thousands of people tried to access it,” writes Matt Cunningham for Northern Territory News.
“The site, which had welcomed about 1600 visitors in its first two months of operation, had almost 25,000 visitors on Tuesday after the Northern Territory News reported Mr Ferguson had shot a video of unidentified flying objects from his Acacia Hills home,” writes Cunningham.
“Mr Ferguson was sticking to his guns despite questions being raised about the video’s credibility,” reports Cunningham.
For the past year Alan Ferguson claimed publicly to see UFOs circling above his home south of Darwin in Acacia Hills. Alan has stated to news agencies that, “After seeing all these sightings and UFOs for years, I said to myself we’re crazy for not promoting this joint as a UFO hotspot,” he said.
Paranormal Daily News: Ferguson’s video starts out showing nothing but a blue sky and his voice-over – Over the course of the footage, a black object flashes here and there on the screen. Blink, and you’ll miss it. Literally. The UFO flashes remind me of the movie ‘Fight Club’ when Tyler Durden was spliced (flashed) into the scene, it’s that quick. I don’t know what equipment Ferguson used, so I don’t want to form a conclusion… But, a Sony PD170 that I used to own is pretty good, MTV uses them in fact; however, even using that camera fast-moving objects were filmed as a streaked blur on single frames when extracted. Ferguson’s objects, at least the 6 scenes I paused, seem inserted manually during post-production; they were not blurred. If he’s using a consumer grade camcorder, which it sure sounds like it by the audio quality, the shutter speed is not going to be fast enough to catch a fast-moving object thousands of feet above as a perfect no-blur still on an individual frame. I’m interested to know what you think?
Anyway, Cunningham’s article is here and Ferguson’s 5 videos are here (Lower left-hand column)
